Some types of eyeglass lenses, such as progressive, relaxation, office or bifocal, provide comfortable vision in different situations. different distances depending on their type and construction, taking into account your individual parameters. However, these types of glasses lenses require from several to even 30 days to get used to them. The branded prescription lenses we offer ensure a quick adaptation process and high comfort of use thanks to the use of the latest optical solutions.

The time needed for adaptation is individual for each person and depends on many factors, including: on the type and class of selected corrective lenses. When you put on your new glasses for the first time, you may feel like you see "weirdly, differently". This is a natural symptom and you have nothing to worry about. Your eyesight needs to get used to, among other things, to the new design of the lenses you choose, changed vision correction or new coatings. For some people this process takes a few hours, for others up to 30 days. To support the adaptation process, remember to wear your new glasses as often as possible. It may happen that you feel momentary discomfort, then take off your glasses and relax your eyes by looking into the distance. After a while, put them back on. Discomfort may appear sporadically, for a maximum of 30 days.

The adaptation process is not always successful, but don't worry. When ordering branded progressive, relaxation, office or bifocal glasses in our network of optical stores, you are covered by theAdaptation Guarantee Program.

The Adaptation Guarantee Program means that if the negative symptoms do not subside after the adaptation period, you are guaranteed a free replacement of your glasses with new ones. After you report the problem in the salon where the order was placed, the customer advisor will contact the appropriate representative of the corrective lens manufacturer, who will carry out repeated measurements, check the correctness of the installation, and carry out another refraction test. You can also bring with you previous glasses in which you felt comfortable or a certificate issued for them.

Remember that the success of the refraction examination performed in our office depends on your cooperation with the person performing the examination. Try to ensure that your eyes are rested on the day of the examination and try to answer the questions asked clearly. This is very important because it is based on your answers and assessment of the quality of vision that a new correction of the vision defect will be determined.

If it turns out that your eyesight is not able to get used to this type of eyeglass lens construction (this happens very rarely) , you also have nothing to worry about We will replace them free of charge:

- for progressive glasses — for two pairs of glasses: for near and distance, or for distance glasses and office glasses, or one pair of bifocal lenses. This offer also includes a frame from the selected range for free or a 30% discount on the regular price for a branded frame for the second pair of lenses. You can also bring your own frame in which we will mount a second pair of corrective lenses;

- for relaxation glasses — for one pair of distance corrective lenses;

- for office glasses — for one pair of corrective lenses for near vision.
