The sun emits three types of harmful radiation; UVA, UVB andUVC, however, thanks to the protection of the Earth's atmosphere, only UVA and UVB radiation (total band 280-380 nm wavelength) reaches our eyes. Good sunglasses should fulfill the following tasks: - protect your eyesight against harmful UVA and UVB radiation - reduce glare and sharpen color contrast (if they are polarized)

To make your glasses serve you for a long time, avoid exposure to high temperatures on hot days, e.g. on the car dashboard. When you are not using your glasses, try to store them in the included case and keep them in a shaded place, away from moisture. Sunglasses also do not like salty water, which can damage the lenses and therefore will not fully protect your eyes against harmful UVA and UVB radiation.

If necessary and you want to wash your glasses, do it under running, lukewarm water with the addition of gray soap or non-acidic dishwashing liquid (without vinegar and lemon), after washing, dry your glasses with the cloth included with your glasses. Our offer also includes a dedicated liquid for cleaning eyeglass lenses (both sunglasses and prescription lenses), which prevents excessive evaporation on cold days.

Remember – some of the sunglasses, such as the so-called “SLR cameras” they are extremely susceptible to scratches and are vulnerable to damage to the colored coating of your lenses. Handle them with special care and attention.

One-year warranty for sunglasses covers manufacturing defects and hidden material defects.

Nose pads - if your frame has them, they are subject to a two-month warranty from the date of purchase. After this time, if necessary, we will replace them for a small fee in the salon. It will take a few minutes and you will be able to enjoy your glasses again.

Your new glasses are equipped with branded prescription lenses that ensure comfortable vision quality and proper protection and vision correction.

The glasses frame is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If something disturbing happens, bring your glasses to us. Our experts will assess what we can do for you and we will give you an answer within two weeks (14 days) of submitting your complaint. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden material defects.

Prescription lenses are also covered by warranty – it includes the coatings and material your lenses are made of. The warranty does not cover changes to the correction of vision defects. The warranty period is 1 year and in the case of the Hoya BlueControl coating, the warranty is three years. If you notice that something disturbing is happening with your glasses, contact our showroom where you picked up your order.

Mechanical damage - If your glasses are damaged, destroyed, deformed or scratched, don't worry. our studio and group of experts are at your disposal. We will replace the temple, the front, put the lenses into a new frame, and make new glasses lenses for you. all this after you accept any possible costs. We will notify you in a separate message about the possibility of collecting the repaired glasses.

Delay in order fulfillment – The expected delivery date for your glasses order is provided when you place your order in the showroom (the expected delivery date for your order can also be found on the order confirmation in the upper right corner) Despite our best efforts, unfortunately we are not always able to meet the planned order receipt date. If, for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to prepare your glasses for collection on the expected date, you will receive a message from us informing you about postponing the receipt of your order, in case of inconvenience related to changing the date of collection of your order. , within 7 business days we will deliver to the e-mail address you provided a voucher worth 1% (of the entire order) for each subsequent day of delay. The validity period of the voucher is 60 days. The voucher is not personal and can be transferred to another person for placing an order in the Paris Optique chain of salons. If changing the date of collection of your glasses causes a logistical problem in collecting the order in the salon, we will offer you to ship your ready glasses (without incurring additional shipping costs) to any address provided by you in the area.
